“ Ekiban is so delicious and is always made fresh. There are few seats to dinein. I order the tempura broccoli every time I eat here. This place is so good I travel around 45 min just to eat here. ”
“ Stopped by for a late lunch on Saturday and found a nice place to sit outside in the shade to eat. Thankfully because of the time we arrived there wasnt too much of a line and it didnt seem like too many pickup orders were ahead of us try 12 PM if you want to eat there and enjoy the weather. The service was kind and everything was delicious as expected. The tempura broccoli is the star but the crispy shrimp bowl is also fantastic. I like this location because its in a less busy area so you can really enjoy eating outside in the shade. The yuzuade was also a nice surprise with a wonderful citrus that isnt too sweet. ”
“ First time coming here and absolutely loved the food and atmosphere! The bun with the chicken was amazing. Everything was delicious. ”
“ Ok let me start with the service, EXCEPTIONAL! The food has become better, much much better! Went with a friend and we ordered the shrimp snack, spicy shrimp and broccoli, OH THE BROCCOLI! Not sure what they do to it but its just so good. I couldnt stop eating it. Love love love the food! Well done! ”
“ Ekiben isnt too much from the outside or the inside theres almost no seating inside and it blends into the neighborhood very well. I went with the garlic chili oil noodles which were phenomenal! They offer a tofu and a beef option my friend got the beef and I got the tofu. Both were great! Ekiben makes some really delicious and well seasoned food its quite heavy though so come with an empty stomach. ”
“ What a gem. So glad we found this place on Google. Its quaint with minimal seating both inside and outside. Ordering process was easy and the kind young lady at the register helped us navigate through the menu with great recommendations. We ordered the tempura broccoli for starters. This was the best broccoli I have ever had! It was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The vinegar sauce underneath was phenomenal. Somehow the broccoli remained crispy despite the vinegar, but we ate it so quickly that there was no time for it to sit too long. We ordered the crispy shrimp, beef, and pork all in bowls. Everyone enjoyed their meals and we all talked about how flavorful our dishes were. The pho seasoning on my beef was incredible. Portion sizes were big. We shared the broccoli starter and each of us took home half of our main meals. 1010 highly recommend. ”
“ Everything is delicious Ive had at least 5 menu items. Highlights are tempura broccoli and the neighborhood bird one of my favorite sandwiches of all time. It has everything different textures, salt, spice, hint of sweetness and acid delivered in a perfect chicken sandwich. Having the bao as the bread is genius no soggy bun! Service is friendly in every location. Once, the cook thought my piece of chicken was too small for the sandwich, so they made another piece to serve with it. I make a point to go out of my way to eat at Ekiben when Im near the city. I do not recommend the spring roll. Small for 10. ”
“ Unique spin on Asian Ethiopian cuisine . Nofrills spot with a focus on unusual steamed buns, plus bowls and small plates. ”
